Annual Pantomime Young Cast

The Byre produces its renowned annual pantomime each year with Bard In The Botanics. The local youth cast rehearse and perform alongside the cast, working with the professional director and choreographer receiving a quality experience in professional production.

The Byre supports students as performance makers by working with student groups and festivals including:

• Mermaids: The University of St Andrews Performing Arts Fund
• The Musical Theatre Society
• University of St Andrews Gilbert and Sullivan Society
• University of St Andrews Dance Club and Blue Angels
• On the Rocks Festival
• Jazz Works
• Filmmakers’ Society of St Andrews

The student run Barron Theatre is in residence at the Byre, with regular public performances taking place in the LL Stutio.
