The Byre Theatre reserves the right to introduce discounts, price changes, artist and performance alterations without prior notification. Discounts and offers apply to full price tickets only. Only one discount per ticket can apply.
TICKET EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
Tickets can be refunded only in the event of a show cancellation or change to performance date and time. If an event is cancelled, the Byre Theatre’s liability will be to the customer who made the original purchase and will be limited to the cost of the ticket purchases. Postage fees and donations are non-refundable. Please check your tickets upon receipt to ensure that they are for the correct production, date and time.
Tickets may be exchanged for an alternative performance within the same run, up to 24 hours before the original performance booked, on return of the tickets to the Byre Theatre Box Office. Exchanges are subject to availability, and £2.50 fee per booking may be applied at the discretion of the theatre.
For free events, unclaimed tickets may be returned to the theatre if not collected 15 minutes before the event.
TICKET DISPATCH
In the course of booking, you will often be offered the option to have your tickets mailed to you. Postage is only available to addresses within the United Kingdom and there is an additional cost for this of £2.00. If you do not pay the additional cost for posting, or you are booking for events which happen within 10 days, your tickets will automatically be held for collection at the box office.
Please note, if your booking contains certain concession tickets, postage will not appear as a delivery option. The entire booking must be collected from the Byre Theatre Box Office, as appropriate proof of entitlement must be presented.
If you are collecting pre-booked tickets from the Byre Box Office: please have your order number available when you collect your tickets. These details are shown on the booking confirmation email which will be sent to you when you made your booking. If you have asked someone else to collect your tickets for you, please inform the box office in advance with the name of the person you are sending.
Box Office is open 10.00am – 4.30pm Monday to Saturday, except when there is an evening event, when it remains open until after the performance starts. It is closed on Sundays, unless there is a performance, when box office opens two hours before the start time. For the latest information about opening times, please visit the website.
