You enter a small and cozy, dimly lit room. You sit down, get comfortable, pour yourself a cup of tea, immerse yourself in the ambience. On the table next to you, a phone rings. You pick up. It’s poetry, calling across the ocean! A wave of beautiful lines meets your ear, as eight of Canada’s finest poets weave us together over a long distance.

Co-produced with Canadian poet and artist Leigh Kotsilidis, featuring: Canisia Lubrin, D. M. Bradford, Linda Besner, Moez Surani, Patrick Friesen, Phoebe Wang.

Leigh Kotsilidis is a poet and intermedia artist. Her collection Hypotheticals was published in Canada by Coach House Books. Her second book, Some of Us May Live, is forthcoming.
